No. 02

Sacred training environment

The academy is a 30 minute walk from the original Shaolin Temple, surrounded by mountains, forests, and quiet courtyards designed for focused practice and inner stillness.

No. 03

Real skill, not performance

Training builds strong foundations, correct technique, internal power, and conditioning. You leave with real ability, not just photos or a list of forms.

Learn from Grandmaster Shi Yongzhi

Humility, perseverance, and inner strength. This is the true spirit of Shaolin.

Grandmaster Yongzhi has dedicated his life to preserving authentic Shaolin Kung Fu. Known for his powerful basics, deep internal skill, and uncompromising standards, his teachings have shaped monks, fighters, and instructors across China and abroad.

Alongside him, a team of experienced Shaolin masters and senior disciples guides daily training:

  • Detailed corrections on structure, stance, and power generation
  • Safe progressions for beginners and long-term practitioners
  • Guidance on Shaolin lifestyle, meditation, and cultural understanding
What you'll learn

What you'll learn & experience

Every student is assessed by the masters on arrival and placed into a group that matches their level. Training focuses on real skills: strong basics, correct body mechanics, internal power, conditioning, and traditional forms.

Core training pillars

  • Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu (stances, kicks, punches, footwork)
  • Shaolin conditioning for strength, endurance, mobility & resilience
  • Qigong & meditation for internal health, focus, and calmness
  • Weapons training (staff, sword, and other traditional weapons)
  • Strength & mobility sessions for safe long-term practice
  • Mindset, discipline, and Shaolin lifestyle habits

Training lasts around 4+ hours per day in two or three blocks. Over time you progress through Shaolin forms, qigong systems, and weapons at a pace suited to your ability and length of stay.

Train at your level

Suitable for all levels and age groups. The masters focus on steady, structured progress rather than fast results or tourist-style training.

  • Beginner-friendly: foundations, conditioning, full guidance.
  • Intermediate: forms, weapons, Sanda basics, combat applications.
  • Long-term / advanced: advanced forms, weapons, personal curriculum.

Whether you stay one month or longer, the goal is the same: real Shaolin skill rooted in thousands of years of practice.
