Refund Policy

Shaolin Worldwide sells several different kinds of products, and each has its own refund terms. Please read the section that applies to your purchase. All prices on our store are in USD. Questions at any point: support@shaolinww.com.

Online courses, ebooks and digital products: all sales are final, non refundable.
Retreat and training camp deposits and application fees: non refundable.
School enrollment fees and tuition deposits: non refundable.
Merchandise is printed and made to order, so it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged, defective or wrong items are always replaced or refunded. Just send us photos.

1. Online courses and digital products

Online courses, video programs, ebooks, downloads and other digital products are non refundable. Because you receive full access to the material immediately after purchase, all sales of digital products are final.

If you were charged twice for the same product, purchased the wrong course by mistake and have not accessed the content, or cannot access your purchase due to a technical problem we are unable to fix, contact us at support@shaolinww.com and we will make it right.

2. Retreats, camps and live training

Deposits and application fees for retreats, intensives and training camps are non refundable. They reserve a limited place, and places we hold for you cannot be resold on short notice.

Deposits are credited toward your total program price.
If you can no longer attend, contact us as early as possible. At our discretion we may transfer your deposit to a future date or program, but we are not obligated to do so.
If we cancel a retreat or event and cannot offer you an alternative date, any amounts you paid to Shaolin Worldwide for that event will be refunded in full.
Travel costs, flights, visas and insurance are your responsibility and are not covered by us in any circumstance.

Missed live online classes are not refundable. If we cancel a live class and cannot reschedule it, we will credit or refund it.

3. School enrollment fees and tuition deposits

Application fees, registration or enrollment fees, and tuition deposits for our partner martial arts schools in China are non refundable. These fees are required by the schools to secure your place, and in most cases include items prepared for your arrival such as uniforms and bedding.

Tuition deposits are credited toward your total tuition. The remaining tuition balance is paid by you directly to the school, and is subject to the school's own rules. Our partner schools do not offer refunds for program cancellation after enrollment, so please apply only when you are committed to your chosen training period.

4. Merchandise (made to order)

Our apparel and merchandise are printed and made to order by our print partners the moment you place your order. Because every item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, including for change of mind or sizing. All merchandise sales are final, as are sale items and gift cards.

Please double check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing or materials, email us before you buy and we will help you choose.

5. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will absolutely take care of it. Contact support@shaolinww.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will send a free replacement or refund you. You will not need to ship anything back unless we ask.
