Do I need to be an experienced martial artist?
No. The course is designed for adults of any level. The first category covers joint warm-up and gentle mobility β appropriate for a complete beginner. Difficulty increases progressively through six categories, so you advance at your own pace without skipping steps.
I already train Kung Fu. Is this useful for me?
Especially for you. Most experienced practitioners discover movements and mechanics they were either performing incorrectly or skipping entirely. The error corrections section is particularly valuable for anyone with ingrained habits. Many students report breakthroughs after years of plateauing.
How is this different from YouTube?
Sequencing. YouTube gives you individual movements with no logical connection. This course covers all 100 in the exact order they build on each other β joint work before conditioning, conditioning before kicks, kicks before aerial techniques.
