Monday to Friday on the mat. Every morning opens with Qigong, then the week cycles through legs, forms, groundwork, conditioning and culture.

What does the $100 application fee include?
A one-time, non-refundable fee paid before arrival. It reserves your spot and covers your enrollment and coordination with the school. Airport pickup is not included, it can be arranged separately for an additional fee.
Is airport pickup included?
No, airport pickup is not included in the application fee or in tuition. We can arrange a pickup from Zhengzhou East to the base for an additional fee, so just send us your arrival time once your travel is booked and we will quote it. Return drop-off is also arranged separately.
Can individuals join the 7-day camp?
No. The 7-day Shaolin Cultural & Kung Fu Camp is available for group bookings only: families, corporate teams, martial arts clubs, school groups and travelling companions booking together. If you're an individual traveller, our daily, weekly, monthly and prepaid training plans are the right fit. Start at $100/day or $700/week, then switch to a longer plan any time.
Can I try for a few days before committing?
Yes. Train for several days after arrival before deciding your total stay. The daily rate is $100/day (stays under 1 week). Weekly rates: 1 week $700 · 2 weeks $1,000 · 3 weeks $1,300. Switch to a monthly or prepaid plan at any time.
How do payments work?
Pay the $100 application fee and a 20% tuition deposit online to confirm your place. The remaining balance is due on arrival. Prepaid multi-month plans are paid in full to access discounted rates.
Is instruction in English?
Training is led by Shaolin warrior monks. Basic English is available; bilingual staff assist throughout. Cultural classes may include translation.
What age and fitness level is this for?
Programs suit motivated beginners through experienced practitioners. Please inform us of any injuries or medical conditions, and training intensity can be adjusted accordingly.
