Why train here

Where external power meets internal depth

A disciplined, culturally rich school dedicated to preserving authentic traditional Chinese martial arts, on the mountain that created them.

01

Authentic heritage

Training follows classical methods from the Shaolin Temple and Wudang Mountain, handed down through generations. You join a living tradition built on discipline, honour and inner cultivation.

02

Internal & external balance

Programs combine external power (Shaolin basics, Sanda, conditioning) with internal work (Tai Chi, Qi Gong, breathing, meditation) to strengthen body, mind and spirit.

03

Path of self-cultivation

Strict rules and a clear schedule create space for real growth. Daily practice, curfew and limited off-campus travel keep your focus where it belongs: on training.
